Senior Strategy Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join a boutique strategy consultancy in Sydney, supporting complex engagements across corporate strategy, growth, commercial due diligence, and operational transformation.

This is a delivery role for someone who can contribute to high-quality strategic outputs, develop structured problem solving, and work effectively under the guidance of senior MBB-trained consultants across a range of client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of strategy engagements across corporate and business unit strategy, market entry and attractiveness assessments, go-to-market strategy, and operational improvement
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions, investment cases, and commercial planning
• Contribute to buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and transaction support engagements
• Structure problems clearly and produce client-ready outputs and presentations to board and executive level
• Support post-merger integration and business model transformation workstreams

Required Experience:

• Experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or corporate strategy
• Background at an MBB or top-tier consulting firm is required
• Strong analytical and structured thinking capability with clear written and verbal communication
• Exposure to growth strategy, market entry, CDD, or operational transformation is valued

Qualifications:

• Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar analytical discipline
• MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
