Senior Consultant – Strategy

Overview:
We are seeking a Strategy Senior Consultant based in Sydney to deliver corporate strategy and growth-focused advisory across a range of clients and sectors.

This role suits candidates with experience across transaction-led strategy, market entry, growth strategy, and performance improvement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in lean, senior-led teams and translating complex commercial dynamics into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver corporate strategy, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy engagements
• Lead workstreams across market entry, platform expansion, and transaction support projects
• Assess strategic rationale, asset positioning, value chain dynamics, and commercial risks
• Evaluate revenue models, cost structures, contracting frameworks, and key market drivers
• Translate complex market and commercial dynamics into clear, decision-ready insights
• Support senior stakeholders and investment committees with structured recommendations
• Work in small, Partner-led teams with direct client exposure

Required Experience:

• Experience in strategy consulting, growth advisory, or transaction-led strategy
• Exposure to corporate strategy, market entry, growth strategy, and/or commercial due diligence
• Ability to break down complex strategic and commercial problems into clear recommendations
• Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members
• Strong communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

• Background in strategy consulting from an MBB or top-tier boutique highly regarded
