You will lead engagements day-to-day, manage senior stakeholders and guide teams to deliver insight-led recommendations, operating without the overhead of a legacy firm.

You will lead engagements day-to-day, manage senior stakeholders and guide teams to deliver insight-led recommendations, operating without the overhead of a legacy firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end strategy and transformation engagements as the day to day project lead
- Structure complex problems and develop hypotheses to guide team analysis
- Manage senior client relationships and act as the primary stakeholder contact
- Translate quantitative and qualitative analysis into clear recommendations for executive audiences
- Oversee workstreams across corporate strategy, operational improvement and transformation
- Coach junior team members and maintain high delivery standards
- Contribute to proposals and business development activities
Required Experience:
- Background in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, ideally MBB or equivalent
- Proven track record leading teams and managing workstreams on complex engagements from problem definition through to final delivery
- Strong problem structuring and analytical capability with experience building robust frameworks and hypotheses
- Direct experience managing senior client stakeholders and presenting recommendations at executive level
- Exposure across corporate strategy, transformation or performance improvement engagements
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high performance environment with rigorous delivery standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to distil complex analysis into clear narratives
- Experience coaching and developing junior team members within an engagement setting
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development activity including proposals, client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or a similar analytical discipline
