We are seeking an Engagement Manager to join a growing strategy advisory team in Melbourne, supporting major investment, growth and market positioning decisions across the energy transition.
This role sits within a high performing strategy consulting environment and requires a strong leader who can run engagements end to end while working closely with senior leadership and C suite clients on complex strategic decisions.
You will lead strategy engagements across corporate strategy, growth strategy and commercial due diligence, translating complex market, commercial and policy insights into clear recommendations for executive teams and investment committees.

You will lead strategy engagements across corporate strategy, growth strategy and commercial due diligence, translating complex market, commercial and policy insights into clear recommendations for executive teams and investment committees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy consulting engagements end to end across corporate strategy, market entry and growth strategy
- Act as the primary day to day lead for senior client stakeholders across engagements
- Deliver commercial due diligence and strategic assessments across energy and infrastructure investments
- Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses and drive analysis to inform strategic decision making
- Build strategic business cases, investment recommendations and market entry strategies
- Assess market dynamics, competitive positioning and revenue outlooks across power and infrastructure markets
- Translate complex insights into clear, structured recommendations for C suite and board level stakeholders
- Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Support business development through proposal development and client engagement
- Experience within a top tier strategy or management consulting environment
- Proven ability to lead engagements end to end at Engagement Manager or equivalent level
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders and leading teams
- Exposure to corporate strategy, growth strategy or commercial due diligence
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or a similar analytical discipline
