We are supporting a leading organisation within the utilities and electrical infrastructure sector to appoint an experienced Construction Manager based in Perth.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across Western Australia, with a focus on transmission, substations, and renewable energy developments.
You will play a key leadership role, managing construction teams, driving project performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction delivery across multiple projects or project packages
- Oversee multi-disciplinary site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- Develop and implement construction methodologies and delivery strategies
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholder relationships
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Drive a strong safety culture across all construction activities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards
- Provide input into project planning, procurement, and resourcing
- Report on construction progress to senior leadership and clients
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within infrastructure, utilities, or energy projects
- Strong background in transmission, substations, or large-scale civil/electrical infrastructure
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large site teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget and contract management
- Solid understanding of construction delivery in brownfield and/or greenfield environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Preferred but not essential)
