A boutique strategy firm is hiring a corporate strategist to advise energy sector CEOs and CFOs. The work spans enterprise wide strategy, operating model reviews and commercial model design.

This suits someone who wants senior exposure and real ownership early. The firm is a lean, energy focused practice known for fast progression and manageable hours.

Responsibilities:

• Advise CEOs and CFOs on enterprise wide and whole of business strategy

• Lead operating model reviews and five year strategic plans

• Design commercial models and structures for energy sector clients

• Present findings and recommendations directly to C suite stakeholders

• Work through data heavy, ambiguous problems under time pressure

• Contribute to small, senior led engagement teams

Required Experience:

• Background with a top tier strategy firm (MBB) or a leading tier 1.5 firm

• Comfortable presenting directly to C suite from day one

• Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning, valued above modelling depth

• Energy sector experience an advantage but not required

• Track record of fast progression and taking on responsibility ahead of tenure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or a related field

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification highly regarded but not essential
