We are seeking an Associate to join a boutique strategy consultancy in Sydney, supporting complex engagements across corporate strategy, growth, commercial advisory and operational improvement.
This is an early career delivery role for someone who can contribute to client engagements, develop structured thinking and produce high quality analytical and strategic outputs under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of strategy and advisory engagements across corporate and business unit strategy, growth strategy, market entry and operational improvement
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions, investment cases and commercial planning
- Structure problems clearly and contribute to client-ready outputs and presentations
- Build client relationships and support senior team members in stakeholder management
- Contribute to proposal development and internal initiatives
- 2 to 3 years experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, transaction advisory or commercial advisory
- Background at a top-tier or leading boutique consulting firm, investment bank or in-house strategy team
- Strong analytical and commercial capability with clear structured thinking
- Exposure to corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry or due diligence is valued
- Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar analytical discipline
- MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
