We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of major transmission line infrastructure projects across New South Wales. This role will be heavily focused on site-based construction delivery, managing field execution, subcontractors, construction teams, programme delivery, and client coordination across large-scale HV transmission projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining strong oversight across construction activities, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder management. This opportunity suits a hands-on construction professional with strong utility or energy infrastructure experience and a proven background delivering transmission line projects within live project environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the construction delivery of HV transmission line projects across NSW from mobilisation through to handover.
- Manage day-to-day site activities including tower erection, stringing, civil works, access tracks, and subcontractor coordination.
- Drive project delivery against programme, budget, quality, and safety targets within live construction environments.
- Coordinate site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution and successful outcomes.
- Monitor construction progress, forecasting, risk management, and commercial performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, utility specifications, and Australian industry regulations.
- Support commissioning, testing, and energisation activities in coordination with utility and commissioning teams.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management within transmission lines, utilities, or major infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering HV transmission line projects within the Australian energy sector.
- Strong understanding of transmission line construction methodologies including tower erection, stringing, foundations, and access works.
- Experience managing subcontractors, construction crews, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and commercial performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across clients, contractors, and field teams.
