We are seeking a Project Leader to join a high performing strategy consulting team in Sydney, supporting complex strategic, operational and transformation engagements across industries including energy, infrastructure and broader industrial sectors.
This role requires a highly structured problem solver who can lead case teams, manage senior stakeholders and drive insight led recommendations on critical business decisions. You will operate as the day to day lead on engagements, working closely with senior leadership while guiding teams through complex analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to deliver end to end strategy and transformation engagements
- Structure complex business problems and develop clear hypotheses to guide analysis
- Manage senior client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact on engagements
- Drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decision making
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Oversee workstreams across corporate strategy, operational improvement and transformation
- Coach and develop junior team members while maintaining high performance standards
- Ensure delivery of high quality outputs within tight timelines
- Support case proposals and contribute to broader client development activities
- Experience within a leading strategy consulting environment
- Proven experience leading teams and managing workstreams on complex engagements
- Strong problem structuring and analytical capability
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders on high impact strategic initiatives
- Background working on strategy, transformation or performance improvement projects
- Experience in a high performance consulting environment with rigorous problem solving standards
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business or a similar analytical discipline
